2. How often should I have my pool cleaned?
Most customers choose fortnightly cleaning, but we also offer weekly or monthly services depending on how often you use your pool, the local environment (leaves, dust, pets), and your personal preference.
3. Are chemicals included in your service?
Some essential chemicals are included in our regular visits. We also supply a full range of pool chemicals which can be billed to you as needed, or you are welcome to provide your own.

4. What happens if my pool equipment breaks down?
We repair and service pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heaters. If we can’t repair your unit, we’ll take the service cost off the price of a replacement purchased and installed through us.
5. Do you install new pool equipment?
Yes. We can supply and install pumps, filters, chlorinators, and robotic cleaners. We only use trusted brands that we know will last.
6. Can you service spas as well as pools?
Absolutely. We provide spa cleaning, water balancing, equipment servicing, and insulation checks for relocatable and in-built spas.

Standard services are during business hours, but emergency call-outs and weekend jobs may incur an additional fee.

We accept card, direct deposit, and online payments. Regular customers are billed automatically after each service for convenience.
